The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Preshrunk Trash either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us.

Although every effort is made to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately, no contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed with your order or cancel. We will only process such order with your explicit authority.

Preshrunk Trash Ltd accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

You can even pay by direct bank transfer. Simply send us your order via email and we will provide you with our banking details.

Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid for in full either in Hong Kong Dollars or U.S. Dollars.

It is a crime to use a invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All fraudulent transactions will be investigated and reported to the police. We will press charges on anyone who carries out fraudulent card payments on the Preshrunk Trash Ltd website (www.preshrunktrash.com) and will look to pursue for damages.

Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible, preferably the next working day. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

When trying on items, please ensure that you are in a smoke and scent free environment and not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence of any of the above.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept unworn returns for replacement or a full refund. Note, we can only accept items returned to us within 7 days from the date your order was dispatched. Returned items must be unworn and where applicable, returned with all original packaging and tags still attached to the garment. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to use a registered delivery when returning the goods to us. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.

We offer high demand items on a pre-order basis so customers wishing to purchase such sought after items, can secure their purchase. Pre-order means that the item is paid for at the point of order and prior to the item arriving.
