Preshrunk Trash receives payment from PayPal without ever seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers.

Please contact us straight away by phone or email so we can amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we offer our customers a 7 days return/refund policy. Note, we can only accept items returned to us within 7 days from the date your order was dispatched. All items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is issued. Items should be returned new, unused, in its original packing and all garment tags should still be attached. We will not accept any returns which is not received in the above specified conditions.

Please note, refunds will be refunded to the purchaser excluding delivery costs. Once we have processed the refund, you will receive a confirmation of the refund via email. If you have not received the refund within 5 working days, please do contact us.

All items are in stock unless 'Sold out' is displayed next to the item. If a tee which you wish to purchase is out of stock in your size, please do email us and we will try our best to get your size in stock for you.

Domestic delivery

Preshrunk Trash provides free next day delivery to all our customers within Hong Kong. When completing your order, please confirm your delivery address and details. As all deliveries require a signature on receipt, we can arrange delivery to your office whichever is convenient to you.

International delivery

Preshrunk Trash offers international delivery via our courier partners DHL/UPS and Hongkong Speedpost. All international orders over HKD1,000.00 or USD equivalent receive free delivery. Orders less than HKD1,000.00 are charged a flat HKD150.00 delivery charge, except for Hong Kong, which is always free.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a delivery reaches your country. The purchaser will be responsible for paying additional charges for Customs clearance. As Customs policies vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these charges may be. As each brand has a different fitting, we have added a size chart for each respective brand to help you determine the size of T-shirt to purchase when shopping at Preshrunk Trash. You've ordered your "must have" tee from Preshrunk Trash and wear it down LKF to show off to all your mates. You go on a bender and get absolutely trashed. You wake up the next morning with traces of vodka down the back from the babe you was trying to impress with your new tee. You now need to wash and dry your new tee and prepare it for its next big night out. What's the best way to keep your tee in tip-top condition?

When washing your tee, turn your tee inside out and wash it in temperatures of no more than 40 degrees. This will give the tee a longer lasting effect and protect the colour and image design from fading and overall shrinking.

Most tees can be tumble dried but we never recommend it. Best way to dry your tees and keep it in its original shape and form is to hang it out to dry.

When it comes to ironing, never iron directly over the top of the design print. Turn your tee inside out and iron under a low setting.
